Click-Thru Copy (140 characters): “Get complete specifications, and an overview of the capabilities of this system, along with a free whitepaper on new research technologies.”

Click-Thru Web Address: Provide the web address that the user should go to when they click the banner. For example: www.newtechcorp.com/spectroscopy/ES2010

This additional optional info will help to index and target your webcast to interested viewers:

Additional Topic: Select any additional topics that are addressed in your webcast.

Additional Product/Service Category: Select any additional product or service categories that align with the content of the webcast.

Additional Presenter: If additional speakers, narrators, or other presenters are associated with your webcast, add them here.

I can post video for free on my own web site. Why would I want to pay to post?

You can and should use video on your company web site. Your clients expect it. Pharma InfoSite is designed to enhance your marketing efforts, and pull more traffic to your site without financial risk.  Think about how you’re currently developing new leads and drawing new traffic—through email efforts, networking, advertising or trade shows. In each case you’re spending money with no guarantee of return. On Pharma InfoSite, we develop the lists, manage the SEO, profile the prospects and push the content out to relevant users. You only pay for the results, and reap the additional contacts and web site traffic.

What is a qualified viewer?

Qualified users are professionals employed by companies that develop or manufacture pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products for end-users. We authenticate viewers by requiring a qualified industry email address.

Do I have to pay if I feel that a viewer is not qualified?

No. In fact if you come across a viewer who does not fit the definition of a qualified viewer, let us know and we’ll credit you back for two. We make every effort to authenticate viewers by requiring a qualified industry email address.

Will my content show up alongside that of my competitors?

It may—just as your advertising may appear in a magazine where your competition is advertising. Your customers and prospects want information that will help them do their job better. InfoSite is filled with that information and from a variety of sources.  This is what they want to help them make the best decision.

Will my competitors be able to post comments on my content?

No. Non-qualified users, including other advertisers on InfoSite, are not able to post comments on any content other than their own.

What if my content gets negative ratings or comments?

Feedback, both positive and negative, is an important benefit to InfoSite, and is designed to help both the content provider and the viewers. InfoSite does not permit anonymous feedback, which makes it that much more valuable. If your content gets a negative rating you should look into what they are saying.   If comments violate terms of service, barring abuse, self-promotion, commercial pitches, or unfair criticism, it will be removed.

Can I see a contact list before I fund my account?

No problem. Just contact us, and we’ll post your content in test mode. You’ll get to see a contact report. If you like what you see, you can then fund your account to receive complete contact info.

Doesn’t posting here interfere with efforts to drive traffic to my site?

No. Pharma InfoSite is designed to enhance your marketing efforts and increase your traffic. The content that you post carries a link back to your company, or, ideally, a click-thru banner that takes them directly to the place you want them to go. We do the marketing for you, and you only pay for results

We haven’t created any video content, what do you recommend?

Do you have a PowerPoint presentation? In just a few minutes, you can turn it into a compelling video presentation, following these instructions:

To Create a PowerPoint Slide Show

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation; Under “SlideShow” menu, select “Record Narration”
2. Click “Set Microphone Level.” Speak into your microphone and you should see the green and yellow levels move with your voice. Adjust the slider as you speak: yellow is good.
3. Change sound quality: Default settings are fine, or select: 22.050, 8-bit, mono, or “Radio Quality.” Stereo is not necessary.
4. Start Recording: Select: First Slide. Start recording from first slide. Press space bar to advance the presentation. Press ESC to end.
5. To review your presentation: Press F5 or under “Slide Show” menu, select “View Show.”
6. Save your presentation: Save As…[Give it a new name]; Type: PowerPoint Show.
7. Send us this file, and we’ll follow up with you to get it online.

Our video content is low quality, should I still post it?

It depends—quality is subjective. Some video presentations that appear to have low production values contain great professional information, and receive high ratings. Of course you want to avoid making a bad impression, but even a simple desktop video or PowerPoint presentation can get the job done.

Our video content is commercial, not informational. Should I post it?

Absolutely. Business professionals want to see commercial content when they’re making decisions regarding the purchase of new products and services.

Can I require viewers to complete a survey before/after they view my content?

Not currently—but stay tuned.

We don’t have the budget to create video content—what do you suggest?

Take a look at what other companies are doing with limited resources. A big budget is not necessary. Marketers are doing great things with desktop video and inexpensive video cameras. Or, you can convert any PowerPoint presentation to a video file in a few minutes (see above). Take a look

Can you guarantee that a viewer will watch my entire video?

We can’t. Viewers can be interrupted by calls, emails, and colleagues. However, if you’re trying to cut through this clutter, video content is the best way to engage a potential client.

I don’t want certain people to see my content. Can you prevent that?

We can’t. Just as when you post content to your own web site, Pharma InfoSite is accessible to a general audience. However, you will know who viewed your content, and when they viewed it.

I only want to target specific contacts (geographic region, job title, company). Can I do that?

Yes, we can create a customized targeting program for a slightly higher cost per contact. Please contact us for more information

Can I edit or delete comments that are made about my content?

Any comments or ratings that violate our terms of service, barring abuse, self-promotion, commercial pitches, or unfair criticism, will be removed. We have a built in “report abuse” function, and violators will be removed.

My content has been posted to Pharma InfoSite without my permission. What should I do?

If you are the copyright holder of any content that has been posted without your permission, please notify us immediately with the title of the content. We will immediately remove any content that has been posted without permission.
